7-0 approval from the La Jolla Development Permit Review Committee (DPR) to move on with regards to the building plans

On November 19, 2024 the Environmental Center of San Diego approached the La Jolla Development Permit Review Committee (DPR) with the Princess Street Coastal Access Trail plans. The plans included how the trail will be built, materials, and potential steps to the beach. With a 7-0 approval from the committee to move on with regards to the building plans, they will move on to be presented to the La Jolla Community Planning Association to be approved for building. The purpose of the DPR is to approve based on the plans meeting code requirements and since the plans have been approved, it will move on to the next step. This is very exciting to see this kind of movement and approval for Princess Street!
